The scientific information in this book is great but the concept of mass meal prepping and sourcing immediately frozen meats is problematic for, I assume, most people. An additional benefit is there are 3 stages of eating intended to lower histamine and help you determine what foods cause triggers. Overall, I liked the book but found it impractical unfortunately. That said, it’s a fantastic idea to source meats immediately frozen after slaughter or find nuts and seeds in the cold section of the store (this is a thing?; in West Texas, I have never seen this).
