“The Complete Handbook of Novel Writing” - Second Edition by The Editors of Writer’s Digest.

This book includes interviews and articles by authors: Margaret Atwood, Mort Castle, Orson Scott Card, Dave Eggers, Janet Fitch, Sue Grafton, Jerry B. Jenkins, Kurt Vonnegut, James Patterson, Jodi Picoult,
Audrey Niffenegger, N.M. Kelly, Anne Tyler, John Updike, Donald Maass, Chuck Palahniuk, Stephen King and many more. Published in 2010. As I have read so many writing manuals, the information seems to repeat it self, it’s relevant today.

The reason I wanted to read this was because I saw the names Margaret Atwood, James Patterson, Orson Scott Card, Jodi Picoult, Chuck Palahniuk and Kurt Vonnegut as I love their work.

This book is everything you need to know about creating and selling your work. It covers:
- The Art and craft of a strong narrative.
- Best selling advice: plot and structure.
- Best-selling advice: characters.
- The Writing Process.
- Exploring Novel Genres.
- Finding and cultivating a market for your work.
- Interviews with novelists.
- Best-selling advice: Purpose.
