Hey, want to read a book that celebrates spring time and talks about my personal quarter life crisis? So do I. This book is a collection of poems about the month of April and my growth as an individual. Being raised in a black family in Washington D.C, where the cherry blossoms parade down the streets every Spring. It deals with topics You may notice a pattern. This book walks down my path and journey from ending a relationship that was very important in my life where I felt dependant to my search for independence and happiness and balance as I grew as a person.
I like to say this poetry collection highlights my 2nd adulthood growth spurt or my quarter life crisis.
