Really nice practices and good reminders to stick with positive cadences you have in play with your team. Grabbed a lot of ideas that I'll be using in my role.

Not bad for a managerial book, saw him talk and made a lot of the same points in the book but still allowed for a good jumping off point for the other things he covered

Funny, engaging, pragmatic, and insightful! Greenberg's book about building high performing teams focuses on minimum wage workers but his guidance about bringing out the best in your team has applications to workers at all pay grades. It also details how leaders can hone their coaching skills and build a stronger culture that improves employee retention and customer service. This is a must-read for modern managers of front-line workers.
