Ένας πολύ πρακτικός οδηγός που μπορείς να το διαβάσεις οποιαδήποτε στιγμή, στις διακοπές σου ή πιο σύντομα σε κάποιο διάλειμμα. Περιλαμβάνει 50 συμβουλές για εσένα, 50 συμβουλές για την ομάδα σου και 50 συμβουλές για την επιχείρησή σου. Κάθε συμβουλή καταλαμβάνει συνήθως μια σελίδα. Γι' αυτό και πρακτικό.

4 αστέρια μιας και η ελληνική μετάφραση έχει αρκετά λαθάκια σε ορολογία που με ένα απλό google search λύνονται αλλά μετά από τόσες εκδόσεις μήπως θα έπρεπε να είχαν λυθεί ήδη;

This book is mini bible for management challenges.The way to present the ideas is very simple, there are bullets associated with concepts and covering one page for each. Easy to digest, I really enjoyed to read. On the other hand, I could not find "out of the box" ideas that impressively make me change the way I approach business. Not so unique.

1. Managing Yourself - 8/10
2. Managing your team - 9/10
3. Managing your business 6.5/10

The business part was little too dry with lot of points for b2c and too less explanations on b2b

Overall book is good for summarizing what you need to Manage

Ανάμεικτα συναισθήματα, θα έλεγα ότι το βιβλίο χωρίζεται σε απλές συμβουλές, συμβουλές διαμάντια και κάποιες ξεπερασμένες γνώμες. Θέλει ένα φρεσκάρισμα και ξεκαθάρισμα των επιμέρους στοιχείων και σίγουρα συνεργασία στη μετάφραση κάποιου ειδικού σε θέματα marketing και management γιατί σε πολλά σημεία η μετάφραση είναι αστεία!!!

A simple and effective book. Points are discussed concisely with no useless chattering. Good advice on leadership, personal maintenance, and organisational management.
Though I felt that opinions on organisational management could have been better and more diverse. They were not as effective the personal and leadership section.
But, there’s another part to this book, so let’s see.

Πολύ ωραιο και κατανοητό, όμως δυστυχώς στην πλειοψηφία των συμβούλων απευθύνεται στο πως θα εφαρμοστούν όσα προτείνει σε πολυεθνικές ή πολύ μεγάλους οργανισμούς κλπ. Θα είχε ενδιαφέρον και μια αναγωγή σε μικρότερες ή ακόμη και μεσαίες επιχειρήσεις.
