RETURN OF THE CLOWN PRINCE! At the moment Punchline needed him the least, The Joker has returned to interfere with her war to take over as Gotham City's queen of crime. In The Joker's damaged and defeated state, will he help his former partner, or will he burn her the way he's burned everyone else? The epic conclusion to the bestselling Punchline miniseries is here, and it will change the shape of Gotham's villain world forever!
Surprisingly, I actually liked the joker in this issue, which rarely happens. His short part was actually pretty funny.
This series just wasn't it for me. I still like Punchline as a character, but this series did not do her a service. She felt almost like a sidecharacter in her own series, in the sense that nothing she did actually mattered.
Also, the twitch chat in the final battle was... very bad, and felt a lot more inspired by twitter with the hashtags. Do people still use hashtags?
This series was fine. Just very meh as it felt pretty aimless, like it wanted to say something, but it ultimately said the same thing in the first book and the last with a whole lot of nothing really happening inbetween. I'd say I don't believe 3,000 people would show up within minutes from a livestream ready to wreck shit but then again, I live in Philadelphia and have been proven wrong on that front in real life, so lmao

Finally the story is wrapping up. I used to think that punchline is kinda like Harley Quinn, but I'm seeing that they're actually different: the clown after leaving joker turned good, or she tried. She's not evil, she's just insane. Punchline, on the other hand, is evil. And I like that!
