Part One of Sojourn describes the stages of our journey on earth, which take place over many lifetimes. It describes the unique perceptions, lessons, and contributions of each stage and how soul age affects how we parent, what we enjoy doing, our choice of work, and our relationships. As we move through each stage, we see life through the lens of that stage and encounter the lessons of those perceptions, which shape them into new perceptions. Part Two shows how our soul operates throughout our many lifetimes to deliver our karma and lessons, develop our talents, and heal our psychological wounds, which often prevent us from fulfilling our potentials and experiencing our true nature. These teachings are in the form of stories that show how karma has worked in the lives of real people. The stories and information were given to Gina Lake in 1997 by her inner teacher.

About the author

Gina Lake is a nondual spiritual teacher and the author of over twenty books about awakening to one’s true nature. She is also a gifted intuitive and channel with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology and over thirty years’ experience supporting people in their spiritual growth. At some point in every human being's journey there will be a time when they start questioning their very purpose of existence. Or is it simply me? This book made quite an impression on me. There may be so many other books in this category but since this is my first in this category I would like to say this book impressed me.

Thanks Gina, after reading this book my perception about people, mainly relationships had taken a turn to positive. Right now I am feeling very restless and going through some major changes. I am sure this book is going to help me take a wiser decision.

This book is fantastic. It describes in detail the various stages of soul development. How we learn our life lessons through reincarnation and karma. Highly recommended for anyone interested in this subject

THIS! Absolutely loved. The way things are broken down makes understanding them so much easier. I loved how she talks about the different types of souls and how each one if formulated over the years. You will definitely be able to determine which type of soul you have after reading this. Karma is broken down in a way in which I would have never imagined. Good read! Great read!
