While refreshing to have a book on leadership that understands from the get-go what leadership in business is truly meant to be (missions), the book is neither innovative nor compelling. Likely about half the book is fluff, and the book isn't particularly long.
I appreciate what the author was trying to do, but ultimately there was very little by way of practical advice. In general, the book encouraged the reader to be like Christ in business. This is a message that should be obvious, but is unfortunately not always so. However, the day-to-day outpouring of this is left somewhat inarticulate by the author.
I would recommend "Its Not Your Business", or the powerfully written "Why Business Matters to God" before picking this book up.
