Damien is a paper pusher who up for a promotion if he does what his boss wants. When the Friday night get together with friends is not helping him blow off steam or the threats from his boss, he takes an illegal ride on his motorcycle. One crash landing and one purple alien later, Damien's life is about to change.

Garroe is a bounty hunter and used to traveling to different worlds. He comes from a race that you get what you see. They take what they want but he's finding that it may not be that easy here on earth.

I ended up enjoying this more than I thought that I would. This was fun, not too angsty or over the top battle of the alpha wills. It is predictable story line but unique enough to keep me entertained. Not a five star read for me but one that I would reread for the pick-me-up.

3.5 stars bumped up.

Short and great erotic story, about an alien, Garroe... and an absolutely ordinary human, Damien...
So, Damien is very bored, alone and stuck in his usual routine, of work, work... and well, yeah work... we all can be tired of the damn routine we must follow

but well, there is nothing we can do against it.. right?
Well, no! what we are need is a VERY luck day, and a falling starship bringing a hot horny alien as Garroe.

I can't give more than 3 stars because it's almost a boring story. No, wait, I like it, it's just, well, nothing really happened... there is Damien and Garroe and MANY sex scenes... and that's it.

So certainly if you want a VERY great erotic novel this book is perfect for you. For me? No, I was hoping there would be more... so well, 3 stars

Just to be precise, I enjoy the story, even if I found two problems
Garroe don't have human eyes, he hide it using sunglasses. One day NSA agents appear from nowhere to question Damien and Garroe's glare scare agents from NSA? Wait, the agents saw his inhuman eyes and didn't say anything? Garroe wasn't using sunglasses, or if he is it's not said. The agents just run? I read all the time waiting for a fucking army invasion, war tanks and helicopters, to take Garroe in custody... but no, nothing....
Another is in the end, an editing problem, the use of one name character is not right, page 61
Garroe sank to the floor and knotted his fists at his sides. Emotions raged inside him.

Both probably are the result of lack of attention (I contact the editor to show the problem). So well, maybe another edition will not have this problems.

I finished /Star Runner/. I did enjoy the story for the most part. I had a little trouble with Garroe's attitude of taking what he wants. I did feel like there was a definite element of dub-con. That didn't thrill me so much, but Damien did want Garroe, so I guess it can fall into the same sphere as "Ye Ole Bodice Rippers.".

I was happy for Damien's ending, but I did find myself wondering if he said goodbye to his friends but figure he probably stuck it to his jackass boss.

Really a 3.5 star rating that I'll probably lower to 3 out of 5 because of the dub-con.

Crash Landed purple alien who can adjust his skin tone when necessary takes a liking to human. Garroe's people take what they want, so when he decides he wants Damien he's not taking no for an answer.

Cute read if a bit on the forceful side with Garroe. Did not care for the first sexual encounter where he takes Damien, who IS willing, but doesn't stop to lube up (Take it like a man) and causes painful pleasure.

You just had a crash, saw an alien and Bam! Instant boner!
Too much sex (PWP), no character development, one scene on dudcon and ending really cheezy.
