In The Wisdom Answer, Lenora Trembath has released a journal style book covering Proverbs 1-9. She used the Voice Bible for her own study. Her personal choice in writing this book is to help her own sons in growing in wisdom. While writing this book she realized all teens need some guidance and they need to understand the scriptures and how they relate to them personally. She revealed how she was once a bully and how she was bullied and she faced insecurities. She explained how she realized that she needed the teaching of Proverbs and the wisdom Solomon shared to his own son. We can discover answered to questions such as, “How to pick good friends, how to avoid relationship drama, how to handle bullying, and who do we listen to for advice”. We can also teach our children the importance of marriage and the warnings of a seductive woman. She even asked readers to share personal stories that they have been faced with seduction.
One of my favorite days was about cosigning and the wisdom we can teach our teens about not taking on others security debts. These scriptures are powerful explaining how to save yourself and run like a gazelle escaping from a hunter and a bird fleeing from a net. We need to be extremely wise in choosing who we partner with. We can avoid heartache if we don’t sign on to others debts. Even a cosigner can become liability as the primary signer. I work as a title clerk and I see this all the time issues with people being stuck in problematic situations that could have been avoided. Most of the time it’s family or people who believe they are their true friends. And they realize later on that they made a great mistake.
I would recommend this beneficial book to every single teen and parent. It would be an awesome journey for parents to go through together or even for a small group to do together. Proverbs isn’t just for teens but this book is geared to helping teens to understand the wisdom presented in Proverbs.
I loved how she asked critical questions to get teens to open up and think about the scriptures and what they are reading. This journal was neat because it asked a lot of discussion questions and left you room to write and brainstorm and you could explore your own story. One of my favorites tools was the memory challenge verse and having teens sign a contact type to hold them accountable. I also enjoyed the group activities ideas and I’m curious to try the spaghetti and marshmallow tower. This seems like a really fun, difficult, and creative game to play with others.

Powerful!
Over the umpteen years of being a Christian, I have read through the Bible several times and on one occasion had an opportunity to focus on the book of Proverbs. I wasn’t expecting to learn much from this book, I bought it merely out of curiosity. How wrong I was!
The “Wisdom Answer,” is in fact the answer. Focusing on Proverbs 1-9, this interactive journal offers a unique approach to Bible study and though it is written for teen boys and girls, my wife and I have found the practical exercises so useful and relevant to the problems that face everyone, not only teens, in this warped society.
The author undoubtedly has a passion for God’s word and this helpful interactive Bible study guide is designed to steer especially young people away from the tricky deceptions that lurk around the corner ready to devour them. Packed with wisdom, this book is indeed the answer our teens have been waiting for. Highly recommended.

I just checked out the Amazon description and sample for The Wisdom Answer, and I’m honestly impressed by how thoughtfully this workbook is put together. It’s clearly written with teens in mind, simple without being shallow, and practical without feeling preachy. The focus on Proverbs 1–9 gives it a solid biblical foundation, but what stood out to me most were the real life scenarios woven throughout. They actually reflect what teens deal with today, from peer pressure to identity issues, and the journaling prompts feel like they would genuinely get young people thinking rather than just filling in blanks.
I really like that it covers friendships, character, and cultural discernment in a way that feels empowering instead of guilt driven. The sample shows creative activities and memory tools that seem perfect for visual or hands-on learners, which is a big plus. I can see this being useful in so many settings youth group, homeschool, or just a teen’s quiet time.

A unique book. Great for teens.
Just finished this teen-focused Bible Study, and it's a gem. Through Proverbs' first nine chapters, it blends spiritual wisdom with real-world advice. The author’s homeschooling experience adds a unique touch. I loved its practicality and hands-on lessons. However, there were moments, I felt the scripture interpretation wavered, but hey, that’s my personal opinion. Still, a super insightful read, especially for parents. If you have teenagers, I recommend this book.

Good for religious youth
This is a good Bible Study for young kids that are heavily involved in cburch. With thought-provoking questions, memory challenges, and practical activities, it guides them through Proverbs, offering clear and concise insights. Excellent Devotional
This book is not only for Teens but for any growing Christian. Excellent writing and I loved the questions given with each study. This book will having you questioning your way of living. I recommend this book and give it a 5 star. Way to go Lenora. I will look for other books by you.

If only e ery teenage boy would do this study
Proverbs It's such a practical book with timeless wisdom. The author has developed some great questions and challenges to go along with the wisdom of Solomon.
Combined these will help establish the right character and morals in a young man.

Great resource for teenagers
This book helps teenagers understand Proverbs and shows how the principles can be applied in everyday life. There are thoughtful questions & activities. The book makes an excellent resource for group Bible study.

A book for such a time as this!
With so many conflicting views and voices in our generation, wisdom is the answer! This book provides a sound biblical perspective based on the book of Proverbs. It also provided a fresh look on some well known verses. For example, one of my favorite verses is Proverbs 3:5-6, the commentary provided by the author brought a new perspective on the posture of humility that comes with trusting God. Overall, this book is a great study guide for believers of any age.
