Resilient Ministry Building: Developing a Process for Long-Term Ministry Stability

Rate this book
Will your ministry outlast you?

For better or for worse, church leadership tends to change. Many leaders want their ministry to be resilient, yet spend their time leading their respective ministries in ways that denote personality-dependent ministry. This approach can lead to quick success if you're charismatic, but lacks the roots to withstand any significant change or upheaval.
Even if you plan to be at your church for the next 50 years, these strategies will serve your church by giving focus to your efforts, involvement by your people, and increased bandwidth for you so your ministry can expand.

This is a wonderful primer to resilience in ministry and raising great questions to consider regarding your current or next ministry setting. Would prove helpful as the Lord leads to new positions or refreshing a current ministry setting.
