There is some great stuff in this book and I really enjoyed the detailed breakdown of the Junbi Undo, as well as Sanchin and Shime. The more mystical bits of the text are less to my taste but still interesting if taken as an historical view.

Very enlightening and in depth explanations about the fundamentals of goju. I will need to read it again a few times as I travel along the path. I wish I had noted the excellent glossary at the end closer to the start of reading rather than when I had about 20 pages left.....my bad for not skipping ahead.....probably would have saved me a lot of time and energy searching for deffinitions elsewhere......
