Will she trust Elijah enough to lean on him for guidance? Or will she let her desire for money ruin her dreams and change her life forever?
3.5 ⭐️ This book tore me up toward the end! The fact that Cherri lost her mother, father, & grandmother broke my heart! She was only 18 & dealt with more in less than a year then most people deal with in a lifetime! I love Cherri and Elijah’s relationship, it was beautiful! Although sad, some parts of the book was very predictable & other parts lacked details. To me it seemed as if some parts of certain things were left out. To me that didn’t make for a great reading experience!
Uniquely Lashay, nice reboot. I think I like this better. Both were good though. Lord, Cherri was such a great, mature young lady. Although life gave her some hard sour lemons, she took that bitter juice and turned it sweet. I loved how she just kept fighting never giving up even when she would have been justified in her feelings. Elijah was an angel sent to help make Cherrie life a tad bit easier. It was just the right amount of mess but in my opinion it was such a great lesson on love, trust, respect and loyalty.🤗🤗🤗
Even though tragic lost you can find happiness And Love... Cheeri got the chance to find love through pain of losing both her parents went different route for a minute didn't last long I'm glad she gave up Stripping and now she's in College getting it and found her Soulmate Elijah really came in her when God knew she needed what she was not even looking for now happily together bundle of joy on the way Next marriage...
A good read with a great storyline. With likeable characters that have to deal with too many deaths in a short amount of time. The strength it takes to continue your life after these traumatic issues is a great message in this read. I enjoyed this story and all of the characters.
Cherri along with her twin sisters freck and frack had been dealt a hand in life that no one expected but with the help of her granny they overcame the first hurdle. Elijah came into Cherri life right on time to help her continue with her dreams and leave that life style she was thrown into in order to care for her sisters. Wish there was a book 2 or even a spin off about the twins.
Love it. Elijah came into Cherri's life right on time. I love how Cherri took care of her sister's. I'm glad she made that move to the ATL to do what she loved. This was a great read.
I really enjoyed this book. Although there were parts that made me feel really horrible for Cherie, it was good to see how things worked out. Life throws us lemons, but never throw in the towel. 5 stars. A must read
After the death of her parents Cherri is trying to balance everything. Trying to find her way back to normal life.. she finds her mr handsome make it right.. building this new lifestyle
Cherri was catching it all. But she was strong with Elijah and her Granny help. I love how his parents and sisters love them. The twins got on my nerves. A great ending
It was a really really cute read! I’m happy Cherri didn’t let grief consume her that she put a step forward to better herself anyway and Eric was definitely the man for her
This was a hard one to rate for me because I wanted more but can I give a lower rate because I'm a little greedy reader? I and a friend had this conversation and we both said not because that is the author's job to keep you wanting more. I hope to see these characters in other books.
