Well written and accessible. Not just aimed at full-time students, but also very useful for those combining their studies with a family or a job. The author covers the fundamentals of time-management, with lots of exercises that are really useful. Highly recommended for students who are struggling with the taxing demands of both their academic and living environment and who want to have a bit of R&R as well...
