a well presented description of the psychological development of humans throughout life, insightful and erudite in content, i found many instances of explanations directly relating to my personal experience. well worth reading if you are interested in psychological development.

This book was so freaking good. The ideas expressed are highly relevant to the path of spiritual transformation (Kundalini transformation, non-duality). Chapter after chapter I wondered how come I have never heard the spiritual path expressed in the way Washburn does.
