I really enjoyed reading this book and so far the best I've read quiete honestly (and I've read the main intuitive eating one, anti-diet, etc!). I enjoy her tone and I saved some of her quotes. Recommend for those who want to learn more about mindful eating in a normal tone.
For people like me who have tried and failed with various nutritional advice, this book is a wonder. Although I did know some aspects of mindfulness, this book has really broken it down for me. The fact that it is structured around the problems of college life really resonated with me. The book talks of mindfulness and how it can be done with food - the pros of it. Slowly you realize where your relationship with food becomes twisted - as you read the book and do the various exercises at the end of the sheet. There are also chapters dedicated to specific issues like body image problems and workable tips of how to achieve change in eating habits and also to take it up at larger levels of advocacy. By the end of the book you achieve a more total understanding of your food habits, how it is related to your emotions and thoughts, and makes you more accepting of your body and yourself.
