Rachel is the author 'Lupa. She-Wolf of Rome', 'Wolf. Embody Your Inner Wolf' and 'Pantheon. The Romans', as well as a sacred dance teacher, priestess, women's empowerment and flower essence coach.

Rachel is the creatrix of Wolf Woman Rising, a wisdom school where she empowers you to embody your wisdom, reclaim your authentic, wild, untamed self and create a life lived on purpose. Before reading this I only had a passing knowledge of Lupa - but now I feel like I have a deeper understanding of her, and her history. Roberts does an amazing job of bringing history to life in this book, drawing the reader in quickly. I was fascinated to learn the history and more of the mythos surrounding Lupa, and by the time I reached the section on how to connect with the goddess and honor her, I felt like I knew her fairly well. (If you should want to do further research on your own, there’s a great bibliography included as well). The final chapter, which is about honoring and connecting with the goddess, has a lot of helpful information and some ritual incantations you can use as a starting point. Highly recommend!

It's was a weird and interesting read as I knew about the She-Wolf that nurtured the founders of Rome but I knew very little about the divine aspect even if I read something about it.
It was an interesting read and I liked how the author relates to this aspect of the female divine
Recommended.
