See my review on Competitive Intelligence by Larry Kahaner, but basically this guy pretty much wrote the book on CI/BI and did in fact write this book on that subject. It contains lots of good insight and resources for those looking to gather information on their competition and analyze and massage it into something they can use in planning and strategy for their own business.
