The Necromantic Ritual Book
For many, ritual is a way to formally connect with specific currents of energy. The rituals in this book are intended to align one's soul with the "Death Energy". Art of feeling empathy & affection towards many forms of death, through melancholic, crying
eyes of angel of death who wishes just to understand us.
By now I'm quite concerned that we are connected to necromancy by studying history
through young ages. Seeing all This death through documentary channels deepened our senses.
This art is of similarity to ying/young and third eye fusion. Nor good, nor bed but light in
the darkness.
However It is that ritual of raising the dead or resurrection is from Jewish tradition. And
it implies that theoretical and ridiculous "sex" with the dead makes demons and brings fury to angel of dead.
At the end This book is about connecting angel. Where are calm, insuring and resting thoughts
that you may know already from your past.
So If you had tough life you can always introduce yourself guarding spirit to other angels.
When Michael and Azrael are Aligned in friendship, blood brothers.

This is some powerful stuff. Not to be taken seriously, although I believe some strange high school teenager took this book under his wing and try to call out the dead.
Read like a manual of Necromancing the dead. To become with Him, for Him or sexual intercourse if that's your thing.
Wendall has some magic in this book that packs dead things deep into your mind.

Very interesting...did anyone else notice that she contradicts herself several times? I really didn't know what I was in for when I bought this one. Suffice to say the practices in this book won't be applied by me. Nope, no crawling into caskets with desiccated corpses for this girl!

This is probably more of a 2.5 rating. Despite the lower rating I still thoroughly enjoyed this.
-There are some head-tilt/out of place moments like when she writes “The Death energy is meant to be savoured slowly like a fine wine, not guzzled like a six-pack of Bud!”
-There are some stunning and bewildering moments in this guide. I loved the description of her experiences with accessing Azrael’s memories and holding space with him in the last ritual described (y’know, the one where she desecrates a corpse, good times)
-It was said in another review but it feels like there are a couple big contradictions with the sanctity of dealing with corpses/spaces you are not permitted.
-I also really dig how many times she warns you that you could get into major trouble: “I will NOT be liable if you get arrested!”
If you can somehow find yourself a physical copy to read then feast your eyes— it’s a real treat to hold in your hands.

Leilah Wendell's brief and superficial expose on necromancy reads like a manual from the role-playing game D&D. While it possesses some historical roots, it is mostly a confusing and contradictory mess of fictitious content, with rituals that are prohibitive enough to ward off most neophytes. Worth a read? Sure. Worth a purchase? Nope.
Side Note: I discovered this book in a dark little corner of a “new age” bookstore sandwiched between Anton Szandor LaVey's The Satanic Bible and Aleister Crowley's The Book of Thoth. Granted, while I hoped for a legitimate grimoire (albeit waifish thin), I expected precisely what I got. I was 19 at the time.

This book was well written and interesting dispite its questionable content. As a part of my attempt to understand other relegions and belief systems I think it was a good addition to the list. Its a little freaky but a quick read.

The concept is interesting but she just doesn't make it work in my opinion. Her ideas are a little out there and lacking substance.
