Sweet story but almost a carbon copy of The Billionaire Wins the Game.. Exactly! Even down to the 'I was afraid to admit I loved you because I don't want to give you that control over me.' Although I never understood any of the siblings resistance to love since their parents were absolutely besotted with one another. It didn't make a lot of sense. The high-handedness of the men in these stories was maddening...even Joseph who I loved. The forced marriage because of a baby didn't sit well with me but there wouldn't have been a story without it. I think the story could have been done differently without the throwback to 1950's ideals about family. I'm all for a complete family.....done the right way.

My other issue was there was no editing done to this story. Zero. Postpartum was referred to as 'post pardon' in one place and 'post partum' in another and, when describing Jessica's outfit, the author said 'red heals'. There was subject and verb and tense discrepancies in more than a few sentences. I would definitely recommend that Ms. Anne use beta readers if she chooses to eschew an editor. They really could have picked up a lot, if not most, of these issues.

It wasn't a terrible story but too much like the first to be remotely enjoyed as a 'different' story.

It has been a long ass while since I've read the first book in this series. Over 2 years ago.. but I still dove into this one with zero hesitation.

The Billionaire's Dance was an okay book. I honestly enjoyed that it was such a quick read because I wasn't invested in any of the characters, the romance, or the entire storyline. For me, it was just a book that I had to read for a challenge.

Maybe it's because I waited so long diving into the second book that I just felt out of touch. Not really sure but I'll go with it. I mean the only reason these two even got back together was because of the dad. So it wasn't like they met on a random day and decided - hey, let's get back together because we still have feelings. Nope, it wasn't like that.

In the end, I might dive into the rest of the series if they are all super short reads.

JUST AN OKAY ROMANCE!! LISTENED TO AUDIBLE VERSION 6/14/21 !!

The Billionaire's Dance is the story of the 2nd Anderson Brother Alex Anderson. Joseph Anderson the father of the Anderson brother wants grand children he has successfully mated is oldest son Lucas with his wife and now its Alex's turn, becasue Joseph want lots of grandchildren. Joseph has schemed for Alex to meet with his best friend Johns daughter. Alex has basically know Jessica Sanders all his life. They meet again after many years at a fund raiser and are trapped in an elevator together. The one night stand results in a baby. Alex doesn't find out that Jessica had his son until the baby is 3 months old. Of course it was Joseph his father who found out first. Alex is very upset that Jessica didn't tell him about her pregnancy and the birth of his son Jacob. He demand she marries him.

Alex's character was written as an immature idiot. The reasoning behind why he couldn't fall or wouldn't fall in love with Jessica didn't work. Alex came from very loving and devoted family, parents and brothers. Even Jessica's parents whom he was around was loving and devoted. So his fears of falling in love seem baseless. Another thing I didn't like was that Jessica's parent aren't really that much apart of the story. There just sort of there. I don't even think her mother had a name. The story has a lot of potential but needed a lot more development of characters and storyline. I did like Jessica and of course Joesph and all of his matchmaking scheming. So I gave it 3 stars. At the end Jessica and Alex get there HEA!!

This book was too reminding of the book before it. It had the same storyline and similar events but still so intriguing because of the twist at the end that no one saw coming.. Jessica falls pregnant much too soon and keeps the baby away from Alex. But when Alex finds out, he wants to be a part of his sons life and so weds Jessica. Of course, Jessica declines because she wants to be in a marriage full of love but realizes she cant win this battle. So they wed and within a year, Jessica finds herself falling for Alex and Alex the same. However, Alex is better at controlling his feelings. When Jessica confesses her love to him, he backs away and shuts Jessica out, resulting in her giving him an ultimatum. Jessica ends up leaving and driving away but her vision becomes blurred from her tears and she has an accident, where she falls into a coma. Alex realizes he loves her and they have a second child together. It's a romantic tale of holding back love and every page holds more secrets than the one before, helping readers put the pieces of the puzzle together until they finish it.

Melody Anne's romance, "The Billionaire's Dance", was such a delight to read. There isn't anything more that I love than unwinding at the end of my day with one of her romance books. She makes me fall in love with her characters, and her leading men and women are sizzling hot. When Joseph, the father of Alex, decides that it's time for his son to settle down and give him grandchildren, Jessica couldn't be a more perfect candidate. Full of flirtation and a great plot, this book easily takes the reader to a wonderful place. I love Jessica, as she is a new mother and none of that reality is skipped over. If I dared to take my Kindle into a hot tub, I'd surely do so.

I was kind of hesitant to read this because of the reviews, that it's teh same as book 1 but it's exciting, and the stories happened in different 'places'

I'm not a fan of 3rd person POVs but the author did a great job and found myself enjoying the story.

I like how both characters tried to suppress their desires after they got married. The story is fast-paced and it ain't boring at all.

The story's entertaining enough though I don't like how she was able to just believe his words that he loved her and was able to forgive him just.like.that.

9/2016 re-read.

Fun, entertaining read! Joseph Anderson is at it again and second son Alex is in line for his matchmaking ways. Don't worry though, Joseph has the perfect girl picked out! After one very passionate encounter in an elevator, Alex and Jessica part ways but one year. A year later Alex finds out that night resulted in the baby boy Jessica had. To him it's no question. That will be married!

Great read! I recommend it.

I loved this book, do i gave it 4 stars.
What i liked:
The arrogant Alex Anderson got whatever he wanted, i really love that about him.
Jessica Sanders was kind, loving, thoughtful, she was one of my favourite characters,
Joseph Anderson, the good hearted grandfather! I sooo loved it how he didnt want to share any of his grand-babies with anyone else, the grizzly bear :)
Especially when he talks to the about finding there uncles a wife and having for grand-children,
I loved how the Anderson brothers always get along, acting like teenagers together even when they'r growen men.
How all the family interacts with eachother! It was really good.

I liked how the story went. Alex Anderson a rich, arrogant bachelor who loves em' and leaves em', but this time it is Jessica who leaves him.
After introducing themselves at a charity event, the find themselves stuck in an elevator. Dark and temporarily stuck between floors, we gind that jessica is afraid of the dark. During there brief time together they learn about eachother followed by sex. Of course jessica runs away, ( i wouldv done the same thing!)
A year later Alex finds hes a father and demands to finally see his son and force a marriage onto jessica. They marry, spend a yar full of sadness, passion and happiness as a family, but alex is to bull-headed to say he loves his wife, even if she tells him after their romantic sex on the beach, he just shuts her out completley. But only realises once jessica confesses shes unhappy that she loves him but he doesnt love her, she drives off into the night only to be included in a car crash. And that everyone is when Alex Anderson finally relalises he does actually love his wife and soon discovers she is pregnant.

Why i didnt give this story a 5 star (boy i wish...) is because i wanted jessica to have a bit more back-bone. I didn't like it how she just lets Alex force her into a marriage she doesnt want. Theres were other ways for alex to have a secure family and his beautiful, adoring son Jacob to have his name like living together, or just being a couple taking it slow, but no. Thats not what happened. I liked how both the h and H's familys thought it was right to marry sinse they had a son together, its old-school, classy but i didnt like how they told her to marry Alex for that.
Jessica could have put her foot down and said no. The least everyone could do was atleast ask her what she wanted.
I thought alex was abit rude and mean in a way shutting down whenever someone talked to him about babbies or love. They'r both aint that bad!!! I thought he was actually cheating on jessica for a while !
And last but least after Jessica wakes up from her coma and suddenly alex confesses hes in love with her, i seriously didnt like how she just forgave him like that on the spot. I understand she loves him, and she always wanted him to love her to so she thinks its alright, but living over a year with a husband whos been giving you AMAZING sex but shuts down afterwards and giving you heartbreak... For OVER a year..Na ah! I wouldnt have forgiven him for that so easily, but i guess thats just my opinion! And i really enjoyed this book, and hoping to see what the third book with mark is like.

But i highly recommend :D

I feel badly giving any book a rating of 1, but this was really terrible.

This was a kindle freebie, so it wasn't a monetary loss- but I wish I could get the time I spent reading The Billionaire's Dance back.

Sadly Disappointed

After reading book one in this series, I was intrigued and ready to read book two. Sadly, I was in for a major disappointment. The plot was literally a carbon copy of the first. It was almost as if the author took the first novel, deleted Lucas and Amy's names from the plot, and substituted it with Jessica and Alex. It lacked originality in the worst way. Seriously, the similarities were uncanny:
1. Both women are twenty something year old virgins. Check.
2. They give in to their passions and have unprotected sex the first time around. Check.
3. They both end up with unplanned pregnancies. Check.
4. Both Hs are forced to do the right thing. Check.
5. The family steps in and plans a dream wedding within a few days. Check.
6. Forced passion and insecure women who felt like they trapped their mates. Check.
7. A sudden declaration of love by the women, which sends the men into a panic. Check.
8. Ending with a sudden realization, where the men see the errors of their ways and says, no wait, I guess I do love my wife. Check.
9. Wrap it up with a neat little bow as both women becomes pregnant again, and Joseph has even more grandchildren to adore. Ditto.

There is not even an ounce of creativity in book two. It's missing romance, humor, and REAL passion. Jessica spent the entire book envious of Amy's relationship with Lucas and I know why. There is no way I'd read more of the series.
Fool me once, shame on you, but a second time and I'd be the fool.

Review: The Billionaire's Dance by Melody Anne
3 STARS
This is the second book in Billionaire Bachelors series. I really liked the extended family in this series of books.
Joseph Anderson is retired and wants lots of grandkids to play with. Having good luck getting his older son Lukas married he is ready to set his son Alex up. He arranged that they meet at a fundraiser his family held at the Fairmont hotel.
Jessica Sanders wanted to visit the Fairmont hotel so she was glad to go to the fundraiser for National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Jessica danced with Alex when he asked. Alex wanted to be alone with her and she declined. Later they were in the elevator by themselves when the power went out. Jessica is afraid of the dark and was sitting on Alex's lap for awhile and they ended up having sex in the elevator in the dark. After the elevator was moving again Jessica got out and away from Alex without saying anything.
A year later Joseph figured out that Alex was a father of Jessica three month old son.
Alex was angry that Jessica did not let him know that he was a father and missed out on his first three months. They got married and Then the work of figuring out thier lives as a family took place.
I got the book free from amazon.

Ah, told ya. I always love this kind of story. Though sometime I prefer ruthless man with evil blackmailing stuff, this one is great. I enjoyed reading it.

Joseph asked Alex, his son, to check out Jessica, the daughter of his bestfriend. It turns out, Jess caught Alex attention and they ended up boink-ing in Elevator. Yeah. Elevator. The dead one. Dark, empty, elevator. One night stand and they never meet again after that.
A year later Joseph finds out that Jess's having Alex's baby. And when he told Alex about it, he was furious. Eventually, Alex "forced" Jess to get married. :)

Typical forced marriage story with standard angst. At some point, there's annoying ups and downs inside the heroine and it's boring. But in the end, I'm pretty sure love the ending. Good work, Miss Anne. Already purchased the third book. Whoops!

Ah! There are some things that annoyed me. I've read The Tycoons series and the name from that series are being used again in this series and it confuse me. I mean, why? There are zillion of names in this world. Pick them! Jasmine, Jessica.. Good god.

He lovingly spoke to his son. The adoration in Alex’s voice brought tears to her eyes.” “My boys finding good women and giving me many grandkids to spoil is thanks enough” “He smiled with pure joy while looking at Jasmine.” “Joseph loved his first granddaughter so much. His heart felt like it would burst when she was in his arms. He wanted that feeling with many, many more grandchildren.” “She’s just happy to hear the sound of your voice, no matter what nonsense you’re spouting.” “Those beaches are hot, and the women are even hotter.” “After all, parents only sacrifice everything to raise their kids and bandage their wounds and love them unconditionally.” “The harder they fought, the more satisfying it was when they fell” “He’d ridden into her life like a knight in shining armor and she’d fallen for him hard and fast. When he spoke, he said all the right things. He also romanced her unlike any other man she’d known.” “He had the most piercing beautiful blue eyes she’d ever seen. They were the kind of eyes that could penetrate straight into your soul. She would have to be on her guard with him.” “This man with the entrancing eyes, kissable mouth and sexy body, was a playboy unlike any other.” “His smoldering blue eyes flashed into hers, as his perfectly sculpted lips turned up into a sexy as sin smile. He knew he was hard to resist and he seemed to be treating her to his full arsenal of charms.” “While she was in his arms, the rest of the people and even the room itself seemed to disappear. She knew he was dangerous and she was playing a game with him she couldn’t possibly win but for some reason she wasn’t able to pull away. The man was intoxicating.” “He rubbed his hand from the center of her back, dangerously low, then back up again, causing a rush of heat to flash through the center of her body. He was challenging her to take a chance, from the brush of his hands, to the look in his eyes. She was surprised by how badly she wanted to take him up on the offer. If nothing else, she was enjoying the sexual play.” ‘““Have you been told before how arrogant you are?’ ‘No, just how good I am.’” “Let them stare. They’re only wishing they could trade places with me.” “Damn she was hot and he wouldn’t mind a night with her. Her body had responded eagerly to his touches and he knew she was just as bothered as him. He wasn’t done with Jessica Sanders; she just didn’t realize yet when he decided he wanted something, he always got it. Her denial was like a red flag to a bull.” “He tried not to think about her or look for her but his gaze kept seeking her out. He rejected several women, who made it more than clear they’d be willing to warm his bed that night. He only wanted one woman to do that and the rest of the women in the room paled in comparison to her.” “Alex seemed to find her no matter where she was and their eyes connected throughout the evening.” “She wouldn’t reveal to him how her heart ached to be loved for herself and not her money. She wanted to be desired and to be the only thing on a man’s mind.” “He turned her and then his lips were finally pressed against hers. She would’ve thought the heat from their lips colliding would’ve been enough to sear the walls.” “His tongue slipped inside her mouth and her body exploded with pleasure. She’d never been kissed so hungrily. The passion in his kiss left no doubts he would be a fantastic lover. She knew she needed to stop them from continuing. She was trying to gain the will-power to pull away when his hand slid up under her skirt and skimmed her bare hip. The only thing between his hands and her heated core was a wisp of fabric, which she was surprised hadn’t melted away from the burning of her body.” “He really is mine. I’m a father.” “She’d affected him unlike any other woman before her and he hadn’t trusted himself around her. Even with anger coursing through him she was the most beautiful sight he’d ever witnessed. Her hair was longer and thrown into a messy bun with several pieces cascading down her face and neck. She didn’t have a single trace of make-up on and there were smudges under her eyes from lack of sleep. She also had a glow about her that was beautiful.” “His scent was invading her and she realized she’d missed him far more than she should. She thought about him often.” “There was nothing she wouldn’t do for her son.” “He gently touched his lips to hers. Her taste was exquisite and pleasure shot all through his overheated body. He wanted her so badly.” “She still had tingles zipping through her body where he’d pressed up against her.” “Alex was dynamic in a way no other man even came close to being. He was intriguing and gorgeous beyond what any man should be gifted. He’d made her laugh and burn in only a few hours’ time.” “She only had eyes for Alex though. He was the sexiest man she’d ever been around and in any other circumstance she would’ve been swooning to be held and kissed by him.” “Jacob may have been an unexpected surprise she didn’t even know she wanted but she couldn’t imagine her life without him. There was nothing she wouldn’t sacrifice for him. She would give up her entire world to make his better.” “She’d heard of all the men with their trophy wives. Well, it looked like she’d snagged herself a trophy husband.” “Jessica watched as the other couple embraced like they’d been apart for months instead of mere minutes.” “Whenever he touched her, the rest of the world could tumble down and she wouldn’t notice. She looked up into his eyes and forgot what they were doing. He leaned down and kissed her intimately, to the delight of the crowd. His mouth tasted sweet from the frosting and she could feel shivers running down her spine.” “All her worries washed away again as he pulled her close into his arms. Dancing intimately with him was a prelude to sex. The way he moved his hips against hers and rubbed on her lower back had her insides burning.” “After being whisked around, she was once again in Alex’s arms and it felt like coming home.” “Knowing he wanted her was like throwing a lit match into a puddle of gasoline.” “You’re my wife. You will be sharing my bed and you will be my wife in every way that matters. I will not disgrace my son, or my family, by having affairs and in case you haven’t noticed, I’m a man with needs. This marriage is for better or worse and we’ll make the best of the situation.” “He didn’t look as if he’d lost any sleep, she thought accusingly. In fact, he looked as if he’d never lost a night of sleep in his life. She was a little envious of him right then.” “Alex was surprised by the punch of lust he was feeling. Jessica looked exhausted, obviously she hadn’t slept well. For that matter, he hadn’t slept well either. He was just hiding it a lot better than her. Even with circles under her eyes and dressed in such baggy clothes, she looked far sexier than any woman he’d ever seen. She had a natural appeal about her.” “She didn’t like how her world always seemed to stop turning whenever he was around her. She would bet objects would just naturally fall from the sky and land at his feet, if he commanded them to do so.” “She wanted him far more than she’d ever wanted another man. She hadn’t been with anyone since her night with him in the elevator and her body was aching to be taken.” “He got up and sat down right beside Jessica, so their legs, hips and shoulders were touching. He then flung his arm over the back of the couch so her back was pressed up against his chest. He felt her tense at the close proximity but she kept silent. He said nothing, just continued to watch the game, although there was no way he could’ve told anyone what the score was, or even who was playing. He could only think of her.” “He could definitely get used to the marriage thing and wouldn’t mind having a few more kids running around in front of him. The thought sobered him. He’d never pictured himself as the settle down kind of guy but the more time he spent with Jessica and their son, the more married life appealed to him.” “He was unbelievably sexy. He had the perfect amount of muscles, rippling with each movement he made. His stomach was hard and defined and the trail of hair on his lower stomach disappeared under the blanket, causing her mouth to water. She wanted to trail her fingers over him, finding all his favorite spots. Even as exhausted as she was feeling, she knew she’d be lucky to get any sleep lying there next to him.” “He then resumed the kiss, pulling her so tightly against him, not a wisp of air could’ve gotten through.” “Her nights were regularly filled with passion. She and Alex didn’t spend much time together during the days, with him gone for work. But when they climbed into bed together it was like they were there for the first time, every time. It was magical and she knew if it were to end suddenly her world would be destroyed. She was too dependent on Alex’s attention.” “Women who sacrifice everything for their husbands or children end up resentful. You don’t want that to happen do you?” “When the brothers all got together, it was like they were teenagers once again. They had a bond stronger than most siblings and all three of them would take a bullet for one another. They knew they were so close due to being raised by phenomenal parents.” “Seriously, if something were to ever happen to Amy, I couldn’t survive it,” “Without saying a word, he pulled her into his arms and crushed her lips to his. Her arms wrapped around his neck to pull him even closer. Her heart was racing and fireworks were shooting off, all over her body.” “Once you’re a part of this family, it’s for life.” “We fought our attraction, which was stupid, because I see that now as wasted time. We love each other and it only grows stronger.” “He would never argue with his mother. He’d been raised too well to do something that foolish.” “As Jessica looked in the full length mirror at her image, she was a little shocked by her own boldness. She turned to look from all angles and smiled to herself. She almost didn’t recognize the woman staring back at her. Since she’d become a mother, she’d taken too little time with her own self. She wore sweats far too often and hardly ever applied make-up. Alex hadn’t seemed to mind but she liked feeling like a woman and vowed to take more time to pamper herself from then on.” “He was so handsome, he took her breath away. When he turned towards her and his glance slid by and then whipped back to her, she smiled with triumph.” “She was always beautiful but he’d never seen her in anything like the dress she was wearing. He could feel the instant reaction his body was having, making his pants far too tight. He got up and walked towards her, almost as if he was in a trance.” “I’m going to have to fight off every man in this place” “Don’t worry my love, I’ll protect you from any dangers” “His voice sounded deep and husky, which made her stomach tighten even more. She nodded, knowing it was impossible for any words to escape her at that moment.” “The thought of Jessica and Jacob not being there with him every day tore his heart to pieces.” “He would hold all three of his grandkids on his knees and was like a papa bear when someone tried to take one of them away.” “They’d been together for almost a year and she still had the ability to tighten his stomach. He wanted her every second of the day. She was beautiful and passionate” “She had an amazing heart and more love to give than any other person Jessica knew. Jessica was glad her family meshed so well with the Anderson family. They’d all become one instead of two.” “Letting go of any of your children is hard but the youngest one is the final piece and it feels like a piece of you leaves with them. I’m also grateful they’re finally marrying and giving me grandkids. It helps ease the heartache a little.” “She had no idea the power she held over him.” “She felt he was basically telling her he’d enjoyed his day much more because she wasn’t there to talk in his ear. Well fine, she thought, if he wanted silence, then silence would be what he got.” “Alex stepped out of the bathroom, planning on heading straight out of the room but one look at his wife and his plans changed. He walked to the bed, like he was a puppet on a string. He stripped out of the clothes he’d just put on and climbed in the bed beside her without a single word.” “As soon as he climbed back into the bed she immediately snuggled up to him. Even in her sleep she was drawn to him.” “The pain was so deep; it felt as if there was a gaping hole in her chest. She really thought her heart may explode from the intensity of the pain coursing through her.” “When he’d looked into her eyes, she’d convinced herself it was love shining through their blue depths.” “Work was no longer the top priority to him it used to be.” “She was always eager to fall into his arms. She was the most beautiful creature he’d ever known. He could picture her pregnant with many more of his children. He couldn’t picture his life without her.” “He felt his mouth lift up in a grin. He loved her. He wanted to shout it from the rooftops.” “When two people are meant to be together, nothing can stop them except their own bullheadedness.” “I do love you more than you could ever imagine. I was just scared. You’ve held my heart for so long and I was afraid if I told you how I felt you’d somehow hold control over me. I should’ve realized sooner it did not matter. When I thought I could lose you I went out of my mind. Please forgive me for being so stupid.” “I never thought my life could be this perfect. I love you. I know I have read this book out of order, but the is the first book I have read from Melody Anne. From the first word to the finale word I was in love with the story. It was also different in a way from what I have read. Usually I read about the man with the money and the woman who is not broke but doesn't come from a wealthy family. With this one both lead characters come from a wealthy family, so it was a nice change.

>>>>>>Spoiler Alert read at your own expense<<<<<<<<

Jessica-her story is somewhat familiar with most girls who have a huge crush and a guy. Whom they also hope to have their first kiss with. But I like how she became much stronger when she got older. I was angry that she kept Jacob from Alex for so long but it was also something I understood why. It was sad how that was also the reason why they got married. When she finally said I love you I wanted to kick Alax's butt. I cried when she faced him in his office. But I am glad how the story ended.

Alex-I love a good story with a strong dominate man. Melody did a great job with presenting Alex in this story. The sex in the elevator was hot. Kind of made me hope to get stuck in an elevator with a hot man. My heart broke when Alex found out he was a dad. But I got angry with how he presented the marriage to Jessica. Of course I loved reading about how compassionate he was with Jacob. Oh I was angry with him how he treated Jessica after she told him those three words. But my heart did break for him when he realized his true feelings just to find out something happened. But like I stated above. I love how this story ended.

If you have not read anything of Melody Anne's books yet I would suggest you pick up a copy of this book or any other of her books. Cause now I am hooked.

SHORT AND CUTE LITTLE STORY

#2 Alex and Jessica's book.

Ok, so what can I say... after reading a bunch of hot, steamy, action packed books, it was time for me to settle down with a light read... I had already read the first and fourth book in this series because they were free... but since my son bought me $100 worth of Amazon gift cards, I decided to buy the rest of the series...

I finished this in one day and was all warm and tingling afterwards... even though Alex was pissing me off (just a little) thoughout 75% of this book... but once he pulled his head out of his a$$ all got better.

I'm am so in love with the entire Anderson family!!! Makes me wish they were real and I could befriend each and every one of them..

Not sure why the last three reviews I read weren't that good for this... come on people.. it was short, sweet, and to the point kinda story... read and enjoy or put it down and grab something else...

Well, I'm onto #3 - The Billionaire Falls (Mark and Emily's story)

4.5 STARS

Another amazing read in Anne's Billionaire Bachelors series. Just like his brother Lucas, Alex has no idea how bad his father wants grandkids or to what lengths hewill go to to get them.

Joseph has another great bride picked for Alex but can Alex ever have anything more than a one night stand? Jessica is a wonderful character! I want to shake her and scream TELL HIM at one point but I love her character.

Anne does an amazing job creating so many great characters in this series. I fell in love with all the Anderson men! Alex and Jessica ate a great couple to read about, falling and fighting right along with them. I can't wait to read Mark's adventure in love after reading Alex and Lucas's crazy ride to happiness!

I've really enjoyed this series of books. I love Joseph, the melding dad in this book. He is always up to something, but wants only the best for his family. He is there to give his sons support when they need it, and also there to give advice. I also love the big happy family. The Anderson men in this series are very stubborn, and it takes them awhile to come around.

In this book Alex was scared to give his heart to Jessica. It took him awhile to figure out he had already fallen in love with her. Jessica was very patient with him throughout the story. Alex was a wonderful dad, and loved Jacob. I'm glad the family got the HEA. I loved the Anderson family. They were always there to support one another.

Ok after reading the first book I had to read more about the Andersons. I love the father Joseph wanting his 3 sons happily married and grandchildren. His meddling is pretty amusing.
Alex is the second son, busy traveling for the Anderson business and has no plans to settle down. He attends a charity event to represent the Andersons and sees an old friend, Jessica who has grown up quite well. Jessica is from a wealthy family and travels the world also.
A bit of time in a stuck elevator for Alex and Jessica big things happen.
This book has a lot of chemistry and a great romance.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact she too was a virgin like book 1, it seems kind of tired idea.

I didn't like this second book as much as the first one. It's because of Alex's attitude even after I liked the beginning where he kinda went all alpha on her, but then the middle was a bunch of blah, blah, blah and then some incident towards the end where they end up having their HEA. If you ask me, I think she let him off the hook too easily.

The story behind this is very sweet. I like the characters very much. It is a very good book. It is about the rich and not very realistic for most of us to actually do but it was a fun read and very heart warming. The only reason it isn't a 5 star book is due to the fact it was a bit drawn out. If I could I would give it 4 1/2.

This book was such a disappointment. I read it in hopes that Alex would be different than Lucas had been. Sadly he was the same kind of selfish, disrespectful, heavy handed bully towards the woman he supposedly loves. I don't understand how these boys all have such an aversion to marriage/love when they have such a positive example in their parents.

I liked it but it was so similar to book one that I felt as if I'd already read it. Where are the brothers finding all of these fertile virgins who don't know how to use a condom? Book 3 seems to be different and I'm looking forward to reading it.

I was two seconds away from giving this book 1 star. Why did I give it 2 then, you may ask? I... I am uncertain. I may have to re-evaluate. Let me write my review and see what I decide. Before I rant (yes, yes, I have a rant planned out below about women and sex), let me review Alex.

Alex, the bastard. Once again. I didn't like this hero. From the first book, I thought he'd be okay. He wasn't. Once again this is a guy who has parents as the perfect role model of what it means to be happy and in love and married. And for some reason, the guy thinks love ruins everything. And I can't buy the excuse. "I'm rich, no one loves me for me. I've never seen a good couple other than my parents. Blah blah blah. Wah wah wah." > Please read this with a baby voice.

Because we're told this. We're not shown this. Multiple times he says that he's never seen a couple last. But rather than being told, I want to see it. I want to read the impact it has on him. I want to read what happened to him in the past to make him believe it. I want to be able to read that sentence and think "okay, that makes sense for his character". I want to feel sadness for this man who doesn't believe in love despite him having incredibly loving parents.

More than that. At the end of the book, I want him to suffer. He basically spent a year being emotionally distant from his wife (). They have sex, but that's it. Jessica stays with this absolute asshole for a whole freaking year! It's cruel. Some of you may think I'm overreacting but I'm NOT. He knows she loves him but he runs away, he is distant and he uses her for sex despite all that. And Jessica just lets him! When she's finally fed up with being a doormat - can someone say f*cking finally ???? She tells him it's over, she leaves, he realises he loves her, she decides to go back five minutes later and then some shit happens, they talk and all is well.

This all happens within... like... five pages?! And then it's happily ever after. Just like that. I don't buy it. Jessica suffered for a whole entire year and somehow everything is okay. No. Just no. Alex deserves to grovel. Urgh. I am so angry because of this.

Onto my next rant: women and sex and this author.

Let me take a quote from my review for the previous book:

I swear I could write an essay on the fact that Amy is a virgin whereas Lucas is a sex boy playboy. I know it happens, but fudge, do I get bothered by double standards. I'm doubly annoyed here, because this happens again in the next book. Once fine, two times... excuse me author but do you have a problem with women who have sex?

Again I ask: do you have a problem with women who sleep around?

Perhaps it happens less often than it does with men. I'll grant you that perhaps there are more playboys than playgirls (I'm sorry that sound wrong - playwomen? I tried to google a better term, I thought maybe there exists a good word I don't know. Alas... all the words for women are negative and offensive. The best I found was "goer" but it's old informal English. Stupid English language. If anyone reading this knows of a positive term for a sexually free, strong and liberated woman, please share it!). But at this point, I'm not even asking for a playwoman, just a woman who has had sex! I'm going to keep reading your books until I find one, and if I don't, this author will be blacklisted for me.

I will say it once again:

Women can have SEX. They don't HAVE to be virgins. Gasp. I know, it's shocking isn't it.

Um. I'm annoyed now. It's official. This review gets downgraded from two stars to one star. Enjoy at your own risk

The Billionaire’s Dance: Billionaire Bachelors Book 2 is by Melody Anne. This second book tugs at your emotions. It is such fun to watch the middle son, Alex, fight against his growing love for is wife Jessica. Joseph Anderson and his friend, John Sanders, decided their children should be married, to each other. It was up to Joseph to figure out a way for the two of them to be thrown together. It came in the form of a fundraiser for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, sponsored by the Anderson company. Joseph asked Alex to attend for the family and while he was there to watch out for Jessica Sanders who was to be there for her family. All Joseph asked was that Alex see that Jessica was doing all right and perhaps to dance with her. Alex decided to humor his Dad and agreed. He remembered the past when they were kids and he had kissed her. He couldn’t remember any other girlfriend with the same clarity which was weird. However, he would dance with her and go on his merry way. However, things didn’t turn out the way he planned.
