I’ve read The Federal Papers before. I found this book at a used bookstore and thought I’d check it out. It actually turned out to be a great purchase. I think it makes it a little bit easier to read and understand without noticing that it’s in modern English.
I think it’s a book that everyone should read because it helps us understand why behind our constitution and the way our country was supposed to operate. I thought it was interesting that the longest two sections were about jury trials and the court system. It seems like we have forgotten the purpose of what the courts are supposed to do. They are not three equal branches of government.
It’s profile to me how everything seemed to be thought through. It’s equally profound to me. How our education system has been a good job of trying to bury this information from the average person. If we understood the Y behind so much of what is the place, we would recognize how it’s been watered down and rendered and effective by modern interpretation and manipulation.
I’m still in all that I can read a book written in the 1700s. What an amazing time we live in! Reading this book will help you not squander it
