Fantastic book chalk full of applicable psychology for persuasion. Its contents apply to anyone who has ever had a boss, wanted the group to agree to their restaurant choice, needed to make a sale, or who owns a business. I plan on re-reading this book within 12 months to help me in my own business. Can't recommend enough!
