Having come to writing after working in numerous other jobs, she published twelve novels over the course of her life, the most famous being Heart of the Outback

She passed away in June 2007.

Amy was ahead of the man does this or that. Once the war was n many women had occupations that were considered only for men ! The when the war is over men wanted to go back to their idea of what a woman should do. For Amy she had become engaged and then realised to the wrong brother. She married the brother she loved there was a fight and Randall ( her husband ) dies sometime later. She has two children by Randal, after his death Danny the brother hangs around to help Amy . Over time Amy falls in love with Danny and asks him to marry her. All ens well
