A book that tells the story of Ananda, the Buddha's closest attendant and disciple during his lifetime. This book is written based on the Pali Canon as its reference, which contains numerous quotations from the Tripitaka. Overall, the book is good. The only issue I have is that the quoted verses are often incorrect, making it difficult for me to match them with the current Tripitaka scriptures. However, this book is an excellent starting point for gaining a deeper understanding of Ananda based on the Pali tradition.
