Rate this book
The 7 Secrets of World Class Athletes takes you into the minds of super-star athletes and describes how they are able to perform so well and so consistently. The fascinating concept is that when any athlete executes a successful motion, they are experiencing identical processes in their mind. This is because everyone has the same mind-body operating system. The 7 Secrets of World Class Athletes describes the mind-connection in a detailed and exhaustive manner that will give you a complete understanding of why the super-star athletes perform so consistently.

This book was refereed to me by a friend who has some experience with youth athletic coaching. Rather than focusing on the skills of the game, he has realized that as an amateur who doesn't always know what he is doing, it is better off to focus on the phycological aspect. The research and experiments in this book were deep, but extremely interesting and truly inspirational. After reading this book, my entire mindset on sports had changed. This check of perspective based on science made for an interesting book and greatly helped my golf game, which is very mental based. Anyone serious with athletics should read this book.
