Locked in to all the drama, but... This book is not for Team Conrad girlies (iykyk). It felt like reading Belly and Jeremiah fan fiction towards the end.

This book had its moments, but overall, it left me more frustrated than satisfied. The MMC had some beautifully romantic lines that made me swoon, but the FMC? Girl, please heal before jumping into marriage with your ex’s brother😭. The emotional messiness could have been compelling, but instead, it just felt frustrating. It wasn’t the worst book I’ve read, but it definitely could have been better.🥹

I really enjoyed this book! Took me through a whole roller coaster. I honestly would’ve thrown this book across the roooom if she didn’t choose who she chose. Sometimes love is right in front of your face the whole time, but you’re too busy chasing what you think love should look like, or who you believe you should love.

My heart ached for each of the brothers in different ways one for loving quietly and patiently, the other for loving fiercely and openly. Both loved her so unconditionally. It was painful to see how their love for Mav, that strained a bond that should have been unbreakable between the brothers . Love is something meant to bring people closer, instead became the wedge in all of their relationships . The tension between the brothers added an extra layer of sadness to the story, making the emotional conflict feel heavier than the romance itself.

It was meh at best. I couldn’t really get behind the weird ass nicknames that everyone had for the main character, nor could I get over her real name. Maybe its because I watched The Summer I Turned Pretty, but the idea of having to choose between brothers when one has always been there for you is actually insane, and to make it seen like a hard choice is also insane.

I really don’t know how to describe the feelings this book left me with. I was infuriated at some points, but also almost in tears during others. This is the definition of “pick me, choose me, love me.” Good read but be ready to feel allllll the feels. My only downside was the pet names were horrendous. Gave me the ick for sure.

Okay no bc I love Kael with my whole heart and I was going to be so disappointed if Mav didn’t even up with him. BUT speaking of Mav, I was entirely too frustrated with her the entire book. WE get it you liked his brother, but come on you have a much better man right infront of you

I didn’t expect to enjoy this book as much as I did. I knew who I wanted her to be with within a couple of chapters of reading this book. Loved this book and it definitely kept me on the edge of my seat until the end.

I did like this book, but she did not deserve either of those men. And I think it’s weird that she’s made out to be so amazing because that’s just not real ! Other than that I really liked it.
