Overall, not bad but I only found 2-3 of the lessons really hit me as thought provoking. I think it would be less useful for a single man or older guy. The content is more for a 30-60 year old married man with kids and a career. The next to last lesson on happiness/contentment was the best and could have been expanded more thoughtfully into multiple lessons.
