A good mix of tales throughout the decades of Rupert traveling to strange lands and magical dimensions. It is quite nice to have a curated collection like this. I may still have more of a fondness for the Alfred Bestall/John Harold eras but Stuart Trotters entry (the only new one for this book) does have a lot of charm.

Another lovely collection of Rupert's past adventures, compiled by Stuart Trotter. It also includes a new story, illustrated by Trotter, which this year features Rupert and the Magical Cabinet. Well done for rekindling and keeping the 'magic' Stuart. We've been able to maintain our annual tradition of gifting a Rupert annual for Christmas because of his dedication. Last year's collection was only marred by some careless typos, but a more through proof read has picked up on any obvious errors this time around. I am looking forward to introducing my new grandson to Nutwood and its inhabitants over the coming years, so please keep up the good work!
