Initially, I loved it but as the book went on, it is more human psychology that spiritual reflection. I was disappointed.

I found this book really helpful and will probably reread it on a regular basis. Particularly helpful if you’re feeling scattered in your spiritual life and need some help getting back to fundamentals. He emphasizes again and again persistence and avoiding discouragement/despair.
