The Book of Aquarius

Rate this book
"The purpose of this book is to release one particular secret, which has been kept hidden for the last 12,000 years. The Philosophers' Stone, Elixir of Life, Fountain of Youth, Ambrosia, Soma, Amrita, Nectar of Immortality. These are different names for the same thing.

Throughout history this secret has been used by a very few to extend their lives hundreds of years in perfect health, with access to unlimited wealth, among many other miraculous properties. Some kept the secret because they understood that the time was not right for the secret to be free for all people, but most kept the secret out of their own jealousy, ignorance, egotism and corruption.

The Stone's history and the history of the human race up until this day is a strange story full of secret societies, hooded cloaks, and mystical symbols. Such theatrics are childish and shallow. It's pointless to look for the light in the shadows.

The Philosophers' Stone operates and is made by entirely natural and scientific means. Truth is always simple, beautiful and easy to understand.

The Philosophers' Stone is real; you can make it at home. The Stone makes old people young, heals all forms of sickness and disease, extends your life, turns any metal into gold, and more, as you will learn. This isn't a myth or a metaphor, it's a fact.

Don't judge this book before you've read it. This is not one of those airy fairy books written in all kinds of mystical language, filling pages with words that makes sentences but not sense. This book will make more sense than anything you've ever read before." (quote by the anonymous author)

The author of this book is unknown and the dissemination of this well written books is a high priority. This is why the editor and publisher of the Ancient Wisdom Publications bestowed it upon himself to publish this book in electronic reader forms and offer an editorial in its pages (foreword). - the editor/publisher

The Book of Aquarius dares to pull back the veil on one of history’s most elusive mysteries: the Philosopher’s Stone.

While I didn't finish the book in its entirety (getting just over three quarters of the way through), I found the experience deeply enriching, and I fully intend to return to it when the time feels right.

What stood out most to me were the excerpts from ancient Sages and the translations of the Emerald Tablet.

The book is, admittedly, controversial and will likely strike many as bordering on the unbelievable. The unnamed author proposes ideas that challenge conventional thinking and provoke a reevaluation of what is possible in the realms of science, spirit, and nature.

What I found particularly fascinating was the historical unpacking of why alchemy might work, relying heavily on nature and life energy. I was captivated by the way the author describes the yin and yang in all things, natural balance, and the alchemical interplay of opposites.

That said, the latter sections can feel a bit dry if you're not actively planning to embark on the alchemical path and create the Philosopher's Stone. Without the intention to actually attempt the creation of the stone, the detailed practical instructions may begin to lose their intrigue.

The Book of Aquarius certainly invites curiosity, skepticism, wonder, and patience. For anyone drawn to the mysteries of existence and the hidden currents of life, it offers a doorway into a different way of seeing the world.

The Book of Aquarius is a peculiar book -- meant only for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. Written anonymously, it presents a modern addition to the ancient discourse on alchemy, providing what could be history’s most straightforward, in-your-face alchemical work. But even so, the author foresees disbelief in some of its readers: “this is what the truth looks like, but it’s been so long since many people have seen truth that they’ve forgotten what it looks like”. The author’s repertoire of ancient alchemical texts is extraordinary, and is demonstrated through the detailed and organized quotations provided in each chapter for those who wish to do further research. In a true alchemical fashion, the text does not aim to convince the reader of its truth -- it stands on its own, awaiting its rightful readers.

If you're a fan of Alchemy then you're going to find this book fascinating.

The bottom line, he says he's cracked the code for the Philosopher's Stone and goes on to prove his theories and detail the methods to replicate it. The author does spend an extraordinary amount of time quoting passages from 12th-19th century alchemical treatise to make his point.

Aside from the reason this book exists (to share the secret of the stone) I found both his Q&A section and History of Alchemy section to be extremely informative.

Downside: It does have a tendency to get a bit dry and I could have done without the entire section that contained five different translations of a certain writing.

To quote another review on this same book, "If what the author says is real, this could change the world."

It's futile asking people to believe the contents of this priceless and important book; rolling up their sleeves, following the simple instructions given and doing for themselves will provide that.

The Red Stone of the Philosophers (although I understand now that it actually has a purple hue once completed) is 100% natural, created only by Nature. 'We' don't 'make' anything; we merely provide the perfect conditions required for Nature to complete the work in a fraction of the time it would normally take.

If Nature is the Truth, then everything else must be a lie because, as stated in the book, the Truth is always simple and easy to understand. Sadly, it's the simplicity of the thing that many refuse to accept, believing instead that something so extraordinary must, of necessity, be extraordinarily complex.

Read and learn. Hear and see. Do and experience. It's really that simple.

Important to bear in mind the SHA-1 algorithm mentioned by the author, who specifically advised the highly unlikely event that he would ever reveal his identity; this is important when coming across those claiming to be the author and coming out with other 'editions' or posting comment around the Web. If the SHA-1 isn't given or mentioned, then you're reading the words of one intent on malignant misinformation.

The forum and website mentioned in the book appear to have been closed down more's the pity, but perhaps understandable.
