Most people don't see the necessity of any 'guide to dreams.' Any curiosity of dreamland is still considered by many to be a bunch of superstitious mumbo jumbo. This book contains methodical approaches to create a deeper understanding of dreams. The methods described will allow you to improve your dream recall and begin to identify patterns in your dreams. These patterns often nod in the direction of a real-life source of anxiety.

It's worth mentioning that the most basic requirement for this book is to start a dream journal. The first chapters will guide you through the process. Aka, this is an interactive manual in many ways, and it requires work to be done alongside reading it. But it's definitely fun and worth it in the end. And if you get through the first few pages you'll reach for a notebook and pencil and set them next to your bed, in anticipation of the next morning.

The next morning will likely come with no memory of dreams though. But if you read the book daily and practice the techniques within it, you will likely see very fun results in a few days, probably less than a week. This is a highly recommended read.

Sort of a creepy, interesting, strange little book. It wasn't my favorite dream book, (I prefer the ones with the encyclopedia's you can flip to at the end), but it was interesting.
