Novice - someone new to an activity, skill or field, typically implying a lack of experience or expertise.

"Precocious" describes a child who exhibits abilities or qualities at an earlier age than usual. This can refer to advanced intellectual, artistic, or physical development, such as a young child showing mature reasoning skills, exceptional talent, or advanced language abilities. The term often carries a positive connotation, highlighting the child's early development and potential.

"Relish" can be used as both a noun and a verb:

1. **As a noun**: Relish refers to great enjoyment or pleasure, often in a specific context, such as savoring food or an experience. For example, "She ate the meal with relish."

2. **As a verb**: Relish means to enjoy or take great pleasure in something. For example, "He relished the opportunity to travel."

What can I learn from this? What will I do next time when I’m in this situation? It’s a learning process - not a battle of the bad you and the good you.

🚨🚨🚨 Learn for understanding vs. learn for memorization!

🚨🚨🚨 Praise on effort and not ability!! You must have worked really hard vs. you must be so smart!

Depression - GMS - the worse they felt, the more they did the constructive thing. The less they felt like doing it, the more they made themselves do it.

The view you adopt for yourself profoundly affects the way you lead your life.

The passion for stretching yourself and sticking to it, even (or especially) when it’s not going well, is the hallmark of the growth mindset. This is the mindset that allows people to thrive during some of the most challenging times in their lives. ✊

Growth mindset - how do they cope when a setback occurs? Directly!!
