WOW. the simplest and clearest book on meditation and clearing the mind from clutter and ADD and that panel of inner voices that can discourage one from creative thinking. Davich teaches a "stop, look, and listen" technique to slow down and open up creative thinking.

I couldn't put this book down. I am glad that I have finished reading it. I will read it again soon. I highly recommend this book to anyone who desires to better themselves.
