Great info, lousy ebook formatting

This is a great book on the business aspects of starting a longarm business. The author is very knowledgeable and has some wonderful insights. However, the formatting in the ebook/Kindle version is abismal and distracting. There are random numbers throughout the text, and there are numerous notes to "insert example here" or "see example form following". Here are no examples or forms in the book. Disappointing.
