The ONLY reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because I’m obsessed with Greek mythology and I read these books for fun, but there are a couple things that would leave a beginner confused. Overall the writing is great and went into enough detail to keep someone reading, Great book and would recommend to anyone Interested in mythology

Great reference guide

I got this as a reference book for my daughter and it doesn’t disappoint. Especially in the Kindle edition where we can use the search function to find anything we want to look for or to go back and forth between various areas and read up on them — all good. The explanations and the text are easy to read and understand. Great reference guide.

Donna Rosenberg World Mythology is much much better.

Terrible Organization and too much random detail on different topics.
