This book picks up immediately after 2007's "Roots of the Cypress Tree" leaves off, giving poetry lovers a new and much deeper glimpse into the author's life and heart. Inspired by the works of Sylvia Plath, Francois Villon and Ted Hughes, this is Sara Megan Kay's most personal work to date. Ms. Kay is able to wield words magically with the flick of her pen and arrange the words so the reader can relate to the torment, mental anguish, joy, and sincerity found within them. "Scrambled Egg: Poems and Other Confessions" is a must-have addition to any poetry lover's library. If you don't like poetry, you may change your mind once you give "Scrambled Egg: Poems and Other Confessions" a try.
