What happens when a double crossed female goes to the greatest of all possible extremes to get her revenge? Absolute mayhem! This is a mind twisting, unpredictable, romantic nail biter from the same veins that brought you "A Love Story," and "Bankroll Squad!"The twists in this book are guaranteed to blow you away all the way to the last paragraph. This is that "I didn't see that coming" at it's very BEST!Brisk paced and will not bore you even for a minute. A winding roller coaster of events that will leave you speechless. You will not forget this story!!
Author David Weaver surprised me with this one, I was not expecting the end at all something I have noticed he does well after reading the Bankroll series. This gives a background in how Little Ms Sunshine comes into play and also a little detail about an upcoming Novel the Lipstick Clique. This was an excellent read, never a dull moment with Treasure. At times I felt bad for Treasure and the things that she had to go through but she sucked it up and rolled with the punches that life threw at her. She was a die hard b*tch that male or female would love to have on their team, cross her and I feel bad on what the outcome would be. Definite must read.
This story was of true deception, it was a smooth fast pace of a read, very much so line 4 line entertaining with some twist...U wanted 2 know what this poor girls outcome was gonna be. This story was deceitful...lovers betrayal, and the inner demon once she shows her ugly face NOTHING else matters but str8 up revenge...hate can truly change a person....2day ur young, naive, and in love 2moro with a dose of No loyalty, dishonesty, lack of trust and heart shattered love lost U get on ur game real fast, and U become someone else real quick. I rate this read 5 Stars
THE WORST NOVEL EVER!!! Straight drop, like, who signed this man!? His craft gives the Urban genre a black eye, and this book makes me reluctant to purchase ANY further projects penned by this author. Not to mention, skeptic of ANYONE he has put out. My internal author need to see a story out to its end is the only reason I even finished. The plot is weak. The scenes are half-ass. The prose is uncreditable, and throughout the entire reading experience, I couldn't help but to pause in bemusement at the unrealistic things that take place. It's books like these that fuel the world's rejection of this great yet misunderstood genre. David Weaver...
There were a lot of twists and turns in this and the "Me" and "B" changed throughout. I felt like there were still some loose ties in the storyline and some unfinished business. There was also a lot of unrealistic situations that were used to fuel the plot, which left me a little annoyed. Some of the reasons behind the levels of deception were never explained. At any rate, I stay interested the entire read.
I had the opportunity to listen to this read via audible and the narrator. The story was a bit confusing to be honest. It was pieces that never got resolved like what happened to Treasure’s dad??! They just forgot about the guy in the car the cops just forgot about that??! And at the end how do you not know Treasure??
I wouldn't say that it was that bad really but it needs work as most of the happenings is just unrealistic with how things progressed and the way in which it happened the performance wasn't the best either with the nariation.
It having David Weaver's name attached I bought it on MP3 from Amazon. Whether it was Good, Bad, or Indifferent is anyone's viewpoints. I'll just say that I love a story where the woman is on the WARPATH!
We have to be so careful how we choose our mate and friends, but this story was very touch but nothing was mention about Treasure father .I know We put our trust in people and it's sad that one u grew up with and always was there for u end up turning their back on u but God never fails and in real life Treasure would still have to go to jail for the people she killed and God will always see you through
Maaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnn...this book had me from the first sentence. Captured my attention from the very beginning and never let it go. There were so many things going on but it all made sense. I just couldn't believe what happened to Treasure...over and over and over again. This girl just couldn't catch a break. I finished this book in 1 day and now I want more. Mr. Weaver...YOU GO BOY!!!!!!!!!!!
I read this AFTER I had already read BRS and has been introduced to Treasure of The Lipstick Clique... But Me & My Bitch gives the back story as to how she became the way she was... D. Weaver did his thing as usual!!!
