This was a time when the world as we know ceased to exist. Electricity had ceased to conduct. Therefore all the devices we have,to make our lives comfortable,no longer worked. Everything was done manually,even the executions. Execution day was a great day for these inhabitants,and the Executioner was the star of the show. The Executioner and his guillotine that is. But on this day his executions did not go as he had expected, and this change would effect his life and the lives of five others and would lead them on a great quest to make things right in the world
