This book was interesting although I hadn't realised that it was American history. A collection on UK history would be great.

Vook is a publisher of e-books enhanced with video clips (Video + Book = Vook). This history is short (Amazon estimates it would be about 32 pages on paper) so it is unlikely to satisfy a history purist. However, for a 32 page history of the United States in the 1990s, it is pretty solid (but admittedly lightweight due to its short length) and very readable.

-Clinton's Impeachment;
-Creation of the World Wide Web;
-Cloning/Genetic therapies;
-David Koresh/Oklahoma City/First Twin Towers Bombings;

Not too impressed with this one. Found it on the boring side. Can't remember it mentioning the Gulf War. I was listening to it on Text to Speech on the Kindle, so maybe I tuned out for a moment, since it was on the boring side. Didn't even find the pop culture chapter interesting and I was a twenty-something for most of the decade, but as I remember it wasn't a real interesting decade anyway. Not like the previous one The 1980s!
