This lady wrote children's book in the 80's when I was a child, that I loved then and still love today. She is still writing and has apparently moved to coastal North Carolina, where all my ancestors lived a long time, and is writing books of local interest for children. Must get these! This one is about finding the wreck of Blackbeard's pirate ship (I love pirates, don't you?)
