A healthy debate on the role of the Supreme Court. Based on the uproar that many have about "Corporations are persons," few understand or know much about the rulings of the Supreme Court. While most of this book is based a few thoughts, much research was done on many different rulings by the Supreme Court. Very interesting that both Pat Robertson and President Obama are in agreement that neither like unelected judges. Might not be perfect, but it is the best system we have.

Very interesting explanation of what we're seeing happen in our government today and within the judicial system. We see it happening, but didn't understand how the Supreme Court is overstepping their duties by legislating instead of following the Constitution of the United States.
