Reasons to Stay
At the age of 24, Matt Haig's world caved in. He could see no way to go on living. This is the true story of how he came through crisis, triumphed over an illness that almost destroyed him and learned to live again. A moving, funny and joyous exploration of how to live better, love better and feel more alive, Reasons to Stay Alive is more than a memoir.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):
You can overcome fears, manage negative moods, put worries into perspective, and improve your enjoyment of life. With guidance from two CBT experts, you’ll recognize the behaviors and thoughts that hold you back, and will develop skills to think more positively, act more calmly and feel better about yourself.

Thorough description of the CBT model and implementation. Good resources on thought records, forgiveness letters for other others and self, as well as core belief records and challenging thoughts.
