Pros:

Lesbians
Pirates
An okay story idea

Cons:

Unrealistic sexual situations
The story ends sort of abruptly
Most of the book is spent with the two main characters being apart
DOES NOT CONTAIN MERMAIDS. I AM DISAPPOINT.

All in all:

It's okay if you want a fluffy read, and can ignore the plot holes. But if you're looking for plot...nah.

The story and sapphic erotic scenes measured remarkably similar: mediocre at best.
