When Adam visits The Academy, he worries that he won't be noticed alongside his talented twin brother, James. But when Adam learns to have a little faith in himself, he discovers he may just have what it takes to stand out from the crowd.
Twin boys go to David Beckham's soccer camp and the book explores in a very limited sense family conflict, bullies, and success. The book is very keen to let you know it is David Beckham's Academy but not so keen to let you know who actually wrote it with the author under text written by in very small letters under the copyright section. Anyway pretty short and average read, marketed towards young male readers, not without some merit, but nothing that would be too lasting, although there were the seeds of what could have been a longer and more satisfying story.
