One of the most popular series ever published for young Americans, these classics have been praised alike by parents, teachers, and librarians. With these lively, inspiring, fictionalized biographies -- easily read by children of eight and up -- today's youngster is swept right into history.
This book was rather boring. It didn't include many stories from Dale's childhood which is what I love about this series. This book just states the different outcomes of races that Dale was in and how this affected him. It didn't include many of Dale's personal feelings. This book just simply talked about his successes and failures; it had no plot or climax.
