OK everyone, I just want to let you know how much I enjoyed this book! It was really, really good. I enjoyed both Eve and Donavan as they were both likable and they each had their own strengths and weaknesses that drew me in and I cheered for them and wanted to know what would happen next. I liked Eve because I could see and feel her vulnerability and yet she was strong as well; she wasn’t weak and making stupid decisions that would make me shake my head. Her weakness made her likable as well as she discovered herself throughout the book.
I liked Donavan as well. He was arrogant and dominant but there was a tenderness and compassionate man beneath all of that dominance that truly made up the man and I really liked those qualities his character possessed. I thought that the dude that posed for the picture on the front cover didn’t do that Donavan justice. My own imagination created what I thought Donavan should look like and it was so much better then the cover model — at least in my humble opinion.
I really liked how they were both vulnerable at the end of the story and even though both were hurting they each tried to reach out to each other in their own ways. It was a great ending…..you just HAVE to read it. It was funny and sharp and it kept me entertained, I didn’t want it to end and was really disappointed when it did, even though I was satisfied with the ending. I hope if you do read it you enjoy thoroughly as well!

It was alright. I did understand that Eve did not want her clients to know that she is submissive. Donovan's reaction to her request was selfish and stupid. I feel she should not have gone to his office and kneel in front of him to apologize. This kind of behavior has no place at work. All in all it was a pretty hot story however the expectations of the "Dom" were unreasonable.

Good BDSM story. I really liked it. Needs some editing though, so loses points. 3.5 stars.
