I would give this book's message five stars. I only gave it four overall because the writing, while certainly adequate as a tool for communicating his important message, is not stellar in its own right. I don't mean that as a criticism, only to let you know that, even without packing a literary punch, this book is very much worth reading. It is just what I needed to comfort my grieving heart. Mark does an excellent job of making the afterlife tangible and real for people who have just had someone close to them cross over to the other side. He comes from a Christian background and does an excellent job of presenting an picture of the afterlife that will resonate with a wide range of religious believers. I highly recommend this book to anyone dealing with loss and looking for confirmation that their loved ones' spirits are alive and well.

When grieving the first thought that enters the mind is that we lost them or feel their absent. The author divert this fact by proving that their soul are always there alive and vibrant on the other side and also with us in our heart.
"The new normal is an acknowledgment that change is inevitable in life. Holding on to the love for the person who died is necessary for this healing. With death, a relationship transforms from one of a physical nature to one of a spiritual nature."
And the conclusion "But there comes a time when it is important to open the window again—and to breathe the glorious fresh air of a new phase of life." Is a perfect way to being the new phase. I hope while going through grief everyone reads it as its time to expand our mind and turn to Sprituality for comfort.

"Let go of the sorrow, but hold on to the love." -Jeannie Anthony.

It's been very difficult letting go of loved ones who have passed over, particularly my mother, and I realize that for them to ascend and for me to move forward on my journey here on Earth, I need to do so. It's the how that's really tough.

This book is very comforting;I recommend this book to anyone who has lost a loved one. They are with us. They are waiting on the Other Side for us, and in the meantime, they live among us, in spirit, and in our hearts, until we join them again.

After losing my loving boyfriend to COVID, I was in search to learn more about the spiritual life. I came across this book during my quest and has been life changing. It's so true how we leave the material world and enter the life after life, how my bf is still around with by sending messages e.g. I went to our spot in the mountains for his birthday and it had just snowed and there in the snow was a message that read " I ❤ U," and I said to myself awww I love you too ! The reason is because our connection was strong before he left this material world and he feels the energy. A must read during the grieving process.

Heart Touching

I read this book before my mom passed. And I just read it a second time - two years after her passing. I would think of a question and the next paragraph or chapter would answer the question. I thought of both parents while reading it but also of my brothers here on this side. My younger brother doesn’t want a relationship with me. But I have love for him. God will take care of the rest. I’m so glad I read it a second time. Hope to schedule a session with Mr. Anthony soon.

I have read different books on the afterlife, though this book “Never Letting Go” was/is awesome. Many different topics were well explained, I was amazed by his explanation and his clients willing to participate sharing their stories.

From the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross, to suicide, speaking to the afterlife, and the animals in different stories, the explanation of forgiving. Too, many issues that hit the nail on the head.

This book is a must read for anyone that has lost a loved one!! This is a book I wish I would have read years ago. It explains so much with how the spirit can communicate with us in a time when we really need to hear from them. I loved the experiences that were shared throughout the book. There were a few that brought tears to my eyes.

Never Letting Go

I highly recommend reading this wonderfully enlightening book. You answered many questions that I had had and wanted answers for myself. I hope this helps others in this situation to answer their questions about the afterlife.

There were some things in Never Letting Go that helped with my grief for my son but I still struggle with the belief of being able to communicate with the other side. I want to believe. I want to know I will see my son again.

I read it because he will be speaking at an ARE conference I'm attending.
Also, I was hoping for new information to release my remaining grief. It didn't happen and the book was slow reading. However, there are some things I want to make note of:
- Grief is the price of love. You grieve as deeply as you loved.
- Since those in the spiritual realm are pure energy, they vibrate at a much higher frequency than those on earth. They must lower their frequency in order to contact us.
- A relationship with someone we love never ends. It evolves. Love is an immortal force that transcends physical life, time and space.
- Everything we do on earth prepares us for life on the other side.

I found this book to be very informative, and I highlighted many sections of my Kindle book. This would be a good book for grief counselors to read. The only typos I found were lower case letters where upper case letters belonged. There was quite a bit of repetition in the book, but repetition may be useful for someone who is dealing with grief. What a combination of careers for this author! In addition to being an author, he is also a lawyer and a medium.

This was a nice mainstream edition of our communication with those who have passed to the other side. Loved it and think it is a good explanation without touting New Age beliefs.
