Many Christians I know believe and proclaim that miracles—along with spirit gifts—ceased in the first century AD. My message for those with this outlook on life and on Christianity is to reconsider your perspective. Why would we need the gift of His miracles less today than early Christians did?
We all need to become sensitive enough to God to recognize His miracles. Hopefully, this account of a few of the miracles He has performed in my own life will help enable YOU to recognize them in your own lives.
David N. Walker is a Christian husband, father and grandfather, a grounded pilot, a would-be Nashville star, and a near-scratch golfer who had to give up the game because of shoulder problems. A graduate of Duke University, he spent 42 years as a health insurance agent. Most of that career was spent in Texas, but for a few years he traveled many other states. He started writing about 20 years ago and has six unpublished novels in addition to the published books listed here.
