We need to let others know where we are, where we're going and where we've been. The concept "where" is bound up with locations. This mini-manual offers exercises so that children will learn the names of common locations (rooms, stationary locations, and 'non-specific' locations. Children will learn to travel to different locations, report on where they went and where they are going. These exercises also strengthen executive function and expand basic vocabulary. In additional, the exercises touch on location and action combinations and on declaring destination. In these early exercises children learn to begin to answer "Where" questions. Detailed procedures and considerations for generalization are provided.
