주인공 천리사는 아역배우 출신의 18세 톱스타로, 재능, 미모, 성품을 모두 갖춰 ‘천사리사’로 불린다. 하지만 화려한 조명 뒤의 그녀는 바쁜 스케줄 탓에 피로에 찌든 일상을 견디고 학교에서는 자신을 시기 질투하는 학우들의 냉대를 참아내는 외로운 소녀다.

그러나 아이돌 멤버와의 열애설을 시작으로 천리사는 일순간에 인성 논란의 타깃이 된다. 설상가상 대마초 흡연 혐의까지 덧씌워지며 천리사의 이미지는 ‘천사리사’에서 ‘약사리사’라는 오명과 함께 돌이킬 수 없을 정도로 내동댕이쳐지는데…. 오도원에게는 이별을 통보하고, ‘어차피 연기 따위 하고 싶지도 않았다’며 미련 없이 연예계를 은퇴한 톱스타 천리사에게 과연 어떤 앞날이 기다리고 있을까?

Ahhh, había olvidado la felicidad que se sentía descubrir historias que automáticamente se vuelven de tus favoritas. Este Webtoon really said "don't judge a book by its cover" porque esperaba un shoujo ISEKAI (nada más alejado de la realidad) como cualquier otro shoujo, y en vez de eso me encontré con una historia que toca temas muy fuertes y reales en la industria del entretenimiento en Corea, una protagonista ÉPICA sumamente fuerte e independiente, relaciones HERMOSAS que me hicieron sentir una banda (tanto amorosas como amistosas y familiares) y un dibujo mucho más lindo del que esperaba. Ya al leer la sinopsis me atrapó por completo, pero cuanto más leía más me adentraba en la historia y MENOS me acordaba que estaba leyendo un Webtoon y AAAAAAAAAAA amo cuando los libros me hacen perder la noción de la realidad; el último que lo logró fue Fourth Wing y antes de ese no me acuerdo porque hacía un MONTONAZO que no sentía esto.
SPOILER btw: me prometí a mi misma que si la prota se quedaba con el pelirrojo y no con el morocho, le iba a poner 5 estrellas en vez de 4. La realidad es que no se queda con ninguno xd PERO AMO LOS FINALES NO CONVENCIONALES so it's a 5 star from me (además de que dan el indicio de que a la mina el gustaba el pelirrojo en la segunda side story onda salgo ganando lo mires por donde lo mires)

SPOILER btw: me prometí a mi misma que si la prota se quedaba con el pelirrojo y no con el morocho, le iba a poner 5 estrellas en vez de 4. Lisa's growth made me tear up in the end of this series. I love how even when the world was against her, there were still a group of people supporting her in their own ways: Dowon, Zeya, Hagyeong & the Director.
Backstory: Lisa Cheon was a successful child actor who acted because her mother wanted her to live out her own dreams. Was quite fucked up because Lisa's father is another famous actor & that actor's biological son made Lisa's life he'll by orchestrating a scandal. Nevertheless, even when the world was against her, Lisa managed to positively influence the people around her (who then became her greatest supporters!). She then falls in love with acting by the end of the story.

Review for the whole series. Loved this and the emotional journey and growth of this character. Definitely needed the side characters to have their stories a little more wrapped up though. We got way too invested for how they got forgotten…
